International real estate and investment projects exhibition Cityscape Global 2019: business program

Cityscape Global, the real estate investment and development event for emerging markets scheduled to take place from September 25 to 27, 2019 at the Dubai World Trade Centre in its 19th edition, will feature new content including the Cityscape Conference, Cityscape Intelligence and Cityscape Talks, which promise to deliver shared experiences and insights on various real estate asset classes. 

Cityscape Conference 2019

This year's Cityscape Global Conference takes place on Tuesday 24 September at the InterContinental, Dubai Festival City.

The program has grown over the years providing market trends, project data and analysis on the real estate market and its enabling sectors. Featuring a variety of tracks that allow attendees to explore what’s next in global Investment, Development and Trends, followed by Architecture and Design program and for the first time at Cityscape Global PropTech and Innovation. 

Cityscape Talks 2019

Dedicated to boosting knowledge-sharing and networking, the free to attend Cityscape Talks will be covering the entire property value chain — investors, governments, architects, consultants, engineers and service providers — for all asset classes: residential, commercial, industrial, hotel, retail and office.

Visitors will be able to take part in interactive discussions with influential industry experts held in an informal setting and learn about alternative methods of earning high yields on property investments, insider look at current global retail trends, the impact of a digital world on validating design among many more exciting topics. Furthermore, they will have an opportunity to take advantage of 1-hour workshop on the introduction of WELL and receive a certificate of completion for 1 Continuing Education credit (CE).

Cityscape Intelligence 2019

Cityscape Intelligence will be held on the 25th of September in Hall 3 at DWTC, where the event is hosting the first ever ‘Cityscape Charettes Powered by RIBA’ from 10am — 3pm. The charettes consist of a problem being posed to a group of architects and designers, surveyors and multi-disciplinary representatives of the Dubai Land Department, and teams will present their schemes to an audience and take part in a ‘Live Design Review’ to a panel of expert judges including Chris Williamson, Vice-President of RIBA.

The charettes will be followed by insightful sessions covering analysis of the changing global deployment and investment trends, dissecting developed and emerging opportunities in Portugal, Germany, UK and UAE, standards and regulations in real estate transactions in tailored sessions led by Taimur Khan, Research Director of Knight Frank, Joseph Morris, Partner at Capital Market, Shahram Safai, Partner at Afridi & Angell to name a few.

Alongside this, over 100 prime real estate developers will be revealing their latest projects across the region. Organizer Informa Markets expects 300 developers and suppliers at the event.
