PANA Moscow is a hotel offering conference facilities for business conferences, presentations, lectures, meetings, and other events. Organizers have access to three main event spaces ranging from 20 to 120 m², suitable for events of 5 to 90 participants, as well as dedicated areas for coffee breaks and additional activities.
The largest venue is the 120 m² PANA Hall, which features natural daylight and is suitable for both conferences and banquets. The hotel also offers the Medeu and Shymbulak meeting rooms, each measuring approximately 20 m². The meeting rooms can be combined using movable partitions to create a transformable space of approximately 40 m², accommodating up to 25–35 people.
The conference facilities are equipped with audio and video equipment, a Zoom video conferencing system, and flip charts. Stationery is included in the venue rental. The flexible facilities are suitable for both small business meetings and full-scale corporate events with up to 90 participants.
