Safmar Grand Moscow is a five-star hotel located on Tverskaya Street in central Moscow, offering extensive facilities for conferences, business meetings, presentations, corporate events, and special occasions. The hotel’s conference complex includes 10 meeting rooms with a total area of 852 m², with the largest space accommodating up to 400 participants.
The Grand Ballroom, measuring 418 m², is formed by combining the Arkhangelsky, Pavlovsky, Tsarskoselsky, Peterhofsky, and Sheremetevsky halls and accommodates up to 400 people in theater-style seating. The individual sections accommodate approximately 70–80 participants each. The Small Ballroom, comprising the Kuskovsky and Marfinsky halls, has an area of 229 m² and accommodates up to 230 people. Another transformable venue, Small Ballroom II, measures 205 m², combines the Rublevsky, Kolomensky, and Troitsky halls, and accommodates up to 165 people.
Various seating arrangements are available in each venue, including theater, classroom, U-shape, banquet, and reception layouts. The hotel’s flexible event spaces allow organizers to hold both large plenary sessions and several parallel sessions in separate rooms.
